Hello!
I’m Grace, and I am passionate about supporting individuals at various stages of life. Whether you are a parent seeking therapy for your child or teen, a young adult, woman, or couple, I am dedicated to helping you navigate your unique challenges. Based in Fresno, CA, I also provide telehealth services across California, ensuring that I can connect with you and provide the support you need, no matter where you are. My goal is to create a safe and nurturing environment where you feel heard, understood, and empowered on your journey.
My Approach
I believe in creating a safe and supportive space for healing and growth. My work with children under 12 is grounded in child-centered play therapy, which allows kids to express themselves naturally through play—their most innate form of communication. This approach fosters emotional regulation, problem-solving, and self-understanding in a way that feels engaging and accessible to them.
I take a trauma-informed approach with all my clients, integrating evidence-based modalities to support healing. I am trained in EMDR and incorporate Internal Family Systems, helping individuals process past experiences, understand their inner world, and move toward lasting change.
As a musician myself, I understand the profound impact creative expression has on emotional well-being. That’s why I incorporate music, art, and movement—including walk-and-talk therapy—into my work. These creative approaches offer alternative ways to process emotions, access deeper insight, and foster healing beyond traditional talk therapy.
Whether working with children, teens, or adults, my goal is to help each person feel seen, heard, and empowered on their journey.
